The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, which made exploring easy and convenient. While the rooms were a bit small with views of brick walls, they were comfortable enough for a New York stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. However, the dining options were limited and the breakfast could have been better valued.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Manhattan, but the rooms were incredibly small and lacked basic amenities like a tea or coffee maker. While the service was friendly, I encountered some arrogance at the front desk when asking simple questions. Overall, it's great for its location, but the room size and service issues left much to be desired.
